I’m Daquon Ingram, Army leader, entrepreneur, and author. I've trained soldiers as a Drill Sergeant, opened a few successful Airbnbs and live the process, and now I help future recruits and Airbnb host level up. Our Mission: Helping soldiers and Airbnb host succeed. I’ve proudly earned the rank of Staff Sergeant (SSG) through dedication, discipline, and leading by example. Taking my Army career to the next level as a Recruiter, I help individuals transform their lives by guiding them into new opportunities. From launching my first listing to creating an eBook for new hosts, I've turned my real estate knowledge into a platform that empowers others to create passive income streams and financial freedom. Through Ingram Enterprise, I actively mentor soldiers, entrepreneurs, and aspiring Airbnb hosts, sharing real-world knowledge to help them achieve their goals faster.

One of the proudest moments in my journey was helping a young man named Jacorie, fresh out of high school, unsure about his future. Fast forward 9 months Jacorie graduated Basic Training, earned his first promotion.
The same goes for Airbnb. I’ve helped first-time hosts turn spare rooms into steady income. One client, Alexandra, was nervous to launch her listing. Within weeks, she messaged me, “My first guest booked for $500! I can’t believe this works.” That’s the impact I’m proud of, building others up, showing them what’s possible, and watching them succeed.
